Originally built in 1924 as a private vineyard estate, Crestview has hosted generations of gatherings under its ancient oaks. Today, after a meticulous restoration, every stone wall and garden path has been preserved while adding the modern comforts your guests expect.
With three distinct event spaces, on-site coordination, and preferred vendor partnerships, we handle the details so you can be fully present for every moment that matters.
Our Spaces
An open-air terrace overlooking the vineyards, framed by century-old stone walls and draped in bistro lighting. Perfect for ceremonies and cocktail hours as the sun sets behind the hills.
Up to 200 guests
Our original wine cellar, restored with exposed beams, reclaimed oak floors, and soft candlelight. An intimate space for seated dinners that feel like a private gathering of your closest circle.
Up to 80 guests
A glass-and-iron pavilion nestled in the estate gardens, where natural light streams in during the day and string lights create a canopy of warmth after dark.

Questions
We recommend booking 12 to 18 months ahead for peak season (May through October). Off-season dates and weekday events are often available with shorter lead times. Reach out and we will check availability for your preferred date.
Absolutely. While we have a curated list of preferred vendors who know the estate well, you are welcome to bring your own caterer, florist, DJ, photographer, or any other vendor. We just ask that all vendors follow our venue guidelines.
Yes. The Garden Pavilion serves as a beautiful covered alternative for ceremonies, and the Barrel Room can accommodate seated dinners. Our coordination team monitors weather closely and will prepare backup arrangements in advance.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% secures your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event. Cancellations made 90+ days out receive a 50% credit toward a future date. Full details are in our booking agreement.
All three event spaces are wheelchair accessible via paved paths. The Barrel Room has a ramp entrance, and accessible restrooms are available on the main level. Let us know about any specific needs and we will accommodate.
